Ezetrol is used either alone or with other cholesterol lowering drugs (e.g., HMG-CoA reductase inhibitors or "statins"), along with a cholesterol-lowering diet, to help lower cholesterol in the blood. Store Ezetrol at room temperature at 77°F (25°C), away from heat and light. Brief storage between 59°F and 86°F (15°F and 30°C) is permitted. Do not store Ezetrol in the bathroom. Continue taking Ezetrol even if you feel well. Most people with high cholesterol do not feel sick. Do not miss any doses. If you miss a dose, take it as soon as possible.
